AR Unveils New Line of Hybrid Power Amplifier Modules & Custom Design Solutions

Six models cover 6 – 18 GHz frequency

Souderton, PA – June 9, 2009 – AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation has developed a new line of wideband, hybrid power amplifier modules (HPMs) covering the 6 – 18 GHz frequency range. These hybrid modules require only a single DC volt source and are 50 ohm cascadable building blocks with output powers up to 37 dBm.

The six new hybrid power modules have excellent typical gain flatness, noise figure, and low intermodulation distortion. They also feature low spurious signals, excellent linearity, and are 100% load tolerant. These characteristics make the HPMs ideal for many RF applications that require linearity, medium power and wide bandwidth.
