AR Introduces New Wideband, High Gain
Stacked Log Periodic Antenna

Model ATS700M11G covers 700 MHz – 10.5 GHz frequency range

Souderton, PA — August 25, 2009 — AR RF/Microwave Instrumentation has added a new wideband, high gain stacked log periodic antenna to its family of high quality test accessories.

The new Model ATS700M11G (700 MHz – 10.5 GHz) supplies constant high intensity fields for RFI/EMI testing within and beyond the confines of a shielded room. Its features include excellent field uniformity making it the ideal antenna for the IEC 61000-4-3 standard for the 1 – 6 GHz frequency range. In this range, model ATS700M11G has a 9 dBi or greater gain while still meeting the requirements of UFA (Uniform Field Area) of the 1.5 meter square at 3 meters test distance. The antenna’s higher gain can make better use of current testing requirements in the lab.

This compact, lightweight, mobile antenna mounts easily on a tripod; and it’s built to withstand the added demands of outdoor use.
